Return & Refund Policy – LapCart

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
• Manufacturing defects in laptop hardware
• Wrong product delivered
• Return request must be raised within 7 days from delivery
• Product must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Software issues caused after user installation
• Physical damage caused by misuse or accidental drops
• Products without original box or missing accessories
• Customized or upgraded configuration laptops

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@laptop.in with the following details:

• Order ID
• Issue description
• Clear images or unboxing video (for damage claims)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 working hours.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after inspection and verification of the returned product
• If approved, refund will be credited to the original payment method
• Refund timeline: 5–10 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Replacement Policy

If the laptop is found defective within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement subject to stock availability. If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be initiated.

6. Warranty Information

All laptops come with manufacturer warranty as per brand policy. Customers may also contact the respective brand service center for hardware support after the return window period.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
• Prepaid refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
